Start with the rental period
The minimum rental is 2 days. Provide pickup and return dates and times, the preferred category and expected route. Ask how the billable period is calculated and whether the displayed rate applies to your dates and car. Demonstration vehicles and planner totals are not a confirmed availability or pricing promise.
Separate extras from the base price
A child seat costs 5 AZN per day, subject to availability. A video recorder costs 20 AZN, a ready SIM card 30 AZN and an additional driver 30 AZN, each once per rental. Basic insurance is included; Medium costs 20 AZN per day and Full costs 30 AZN per day. Prices do not establish coverage or excess: confirm the written policy. Confirm any airport or hotel delivery charges and other requested services separately.
Check the amount due and the deposit
Request a breakdown of the rental, agreed extras, any applicable charges and the security deposit. Ask which items are refundable and when payments are due. Saving or downloading a website plan does not take payment, reserve a vehicle or replace written confirmation from ANEX.
