Ask about your driving licence
Tell ANEX which country issued your licence and how long you have held it. Ask whether that licence is accepted for your dates and whether a translation or international permit is required. Do not assume the requirements are the same for every driver or vehicle.
Confirm identification and eligibility
Ask which original identity documents to bring and how the driver's age and experience affect the selected car. Share only the information needed through the channel agreed with the team. A category shown on the website does not by itself establish your eligibility to rent it.
Name every intended driver
If someone else will share the driving, ask how to add them to the agreement and whether a fee applies. Confirm that all intended drivers meet the requirements before handover. The person collecting the car should allow time for document checks and agreement review.
