Plan a Baku rental route with the right questions about mileage, extra-distance charges, permitted roads and travel outside Azerbaijan.
A city stay and a multi-day journey outside Baku can involve very different distances. Describe your intended route when requesting an ANEX quote. Mileage allowances, road permissions and any border restrictions must be confirmed for your actual rental agreement.

Estimate the whole journey
Include airport transfers, daily local journeys and the return leg when estimating distance. Ask whether mileage is calculated per day or for the total rental, and how extra kilometres are priced. A weekly or monthly quote should not be treated as unlimited unless explicitly agreed.
Match the route to the agreement
Tell the team if you plan mountain villages, unpaved approaches or remote destinations. An SUV or off-road category name does not grant permission to use every road. Check route approval and actual vehicle suitability before departure, and keep an alternative paved route in mind.
Ask before changing the plan
Do not assume that a rental may leave Azerbaijan or enter every region. Ask about territorial restrictions and any necessary approval. If the route changes during your trip, contact ANEX before taking a restricted road. Travel guides provide inspiration, not rental permission or a guarantee of road conditions.
