Identify what the price includes
Basic insurance is included in the rental price. Medium costs 20 AZN per day and Full costs 30 AZN per day. Request the applicable written policy, including coverage, exclusions, excess and driver responsibility. The option names do not establish zero liability. A security deposit is separate from the amount potentially payable after an incident.
Read the conditions and exclusions
Discuss glass, tyres, underbody, keys and other items that matter to your trip. Ask how driver authorisation, road restrictions and reporting obligations affect the agreement. Do not infer cover from the car category or from a general phrase such as fully insured.
Know the incident procedure
Before departure, obtain the rental contact and written instructions for a collision, damage or breakdown. If an incident occurs, follow the agreed procedure and relevant local requirements. Ask who must be informed and what records are needed; never rely on this guide as a substitute for your contract.
