Understand the security amount
Ask whether a deposit applies, how much it is and whether it is collected or authorised. Confirm whose payment method must be used and what evidence you receive. Do not assume a low daily price means there is no separate security requirement.
Agree how and when to pay
Request an itemised total and confirm the accepted payment methods directly with ANEX. Ask when any advance amount and remaining balance are due, and what currency is used. The website planner does not take payment or issue a paid booking confirmation.
Ask about release after return
Find out how return inspection, possible charges and deposit release are documented. Ask about the expected process and timing rather than relying on an assumed same-day refund. Keep the rental agreement, receipt and vehicle-condition record until the rental account has been settled.
