Request the right seat in advance
Share the child's age, height and weight so the team can discuss an appropriate available seat. Ask about the seat type and compatibility with the selected car. A checkbox in the planner records your request; it does not guarantee that a particular seat is reserved.
Check space beyond the passenger count
Consider how the installed seat affects adjacent seating and access. Include a stroller, suitcases and hand luggage when comparing cars. Confirm the actual seating layout and boot dimensions, especially if several adults will travel with a child or you need more than one seat.
Allow time at collection
Review the provided seat and its instructions before setting off, and make sure it suits the child and vehicle. Ask ANEX to confirm any requirements and the agreed total. Multiple-seat requests need a separate availability and price discussion; this page does not establish their pricing. Basic insurance is included; optional Medium is 20 AZN per day and Full is 30 AZN per day. Confirm the written coverage and exclusions.
